I realize that I have actually been pretty lucky. I live in Panama City of all places, and that is a place known for having wild stuff going on, especially near Spring Break. I have never had an event like that happen in my life but due to the fact that I have a father who makes nearly 6 figure makings in a year, he has more influence than most people and could probably stop all that stuff just for the family. He's nice like that.

Damn, that sucks. Right now there's a carnival near my house, but less and less people are going each day since the prices for food and tickets are ridiculous.
