Short and quick here. Buddy got jumped by a buncha jerk-offs. I found their car on Kijiji and I would like to report the incident to the police. I don't have any enhancing picture software besides paint which is horrible. the URL is http://img1.classistatic.com/cps/kj/1008 04/549r3/077954a_20.jpeg I would love it if any1 could get me any of the digits or letter on the license plate. Thanks!!1!

you should fix the link, also I think because of the angle you won't really be able to get the plate numbers.
just give the pic to the police, being to the car is easy to recognize, it should help.
