Can't say i have a favorite to be honest. But it's definitely at par with the best of today's music, if not better than most. Though some of their songs seem to be drug-induced goofiness...

Most of you guys need to sit down, take a bong hit, cup of coffee or do whatever it is you do to relax if you don't do either of those and listen to the White Album, or Sgt. Pepper in good quality the whole way through before you go off all anal about them just being "So, so" or if you think they "suck".

They were pretty good in their day and age but there are and have been better bands.

Seriously, people say things like this all the time, and as someone who listens to a lot of modern music I still have no idea what the fuck they're talking about. What band has been more prolific, influential, or timeless?

Everyone says they love the beatles, every kid who is getting into the psychedelic drug scene here says they love the beatles, every kid who wants to fit in loves the beatles. I honestly have tried listening to them and giving them a serious chance at being a band I enjoy, but they aren't. I think they were probably good at their time, but not anymore. I think they're extremely overrated now and there is a lot better music out there. Besides, every band member was a pussy.

I heard nearly every Beatles song simply because I always listen to popular songs on the Internet, and they are the most popular band of all time. I would have to say my favorite of theirs would be "Let It Be", and not just because it has a music video made by the Clock Crew here. You could probably play every single Beatles song and I would recognize every single one of them, only because everything they made was popular.
