Wow, Newgrounds should be at the top! This site has led to the creation and bringing together of games, animations, art, and music. (Not to mention all of the people that have met each other or all of the other websites and/or collaborations that have come together due to the site)

This site is great for up and coming FLASH game developers as well, look at the success of Newgrounds' own Castle Crashers, and Alien Hominid!!
Also, for FLASH movie artists... look at how many 'toons can be done with flash that are on TV nowadays... I'm pretty sure Happy Tree Friends and Dr Tran are done with flash!!
