The amount of coverage this story has got in England is obscene. Journalists have hounded her house for hours on end and the story has run for a number of days now.

The media obviously find it more newsworthy and the morons which find it even worth mentioning do too.

How's that animal cruelty? It's a cat, it wont die just by being in a trash can for an hour or two... it's just going to get out and smell like death.

I was thinking this was going to be an actual video clip from a news source, which would make it easy to verify that it happened. I guess this did in fact actually happen as the source you showed us is probably as verifiable as any other source. I sure hope that is not the cat's owner as that would be even worse because if you are going to do something that bad to a cat, then at least do not do it to your own cat.
