Need help with the line tool

hello, I am new to newgrounds and flash. I need desperate help on how to use the Line Tool to draw stick figures. An example of stick line tool is Xiao-Xiao, specifically number 4. If you don't know what i mean, check it out here:

Well, if you select the line tool, under the properties you can adjust the width and color, among other things. Try just drawing a bunch of lines and messing with the properties. If you select the shape tool, which will either look like a circle or a square on the toolbar, you can draw heads. It may be helpful to have object snap on which looks like a little magnet at the bottom of the tool bar. This way your lines will snap to the ends of each other. If this didn't help, I can try and give more info. Good luck.

P.s. And you can manipulate the lines after you have already drawn them by using the selection tool (the black arrow). Hover next to a line and drag out. If you hold Ctrl, it will create another point when you drag out. Just mess around with it and you will see what I mean.
