Also do the teachers at your school have any nicknames? We call Mr Salter Mr Pepper and Mr McGerk Mr McGerkin. Pretty lame but whatever.
What about your school?
The trick is to use the drugs once to get there, and maybe spend the next ten years trying to get back there without the drug.
Fuhrer, fucking asshole, jew, douchenozzle, and other various respectful names.
We just call them by their first name.

Mr. Saxon was quite the man...
I mostly call them Mr, Ms, or Mrs. and then their last name. I have heard a few students calling them ow-stop-you're-hurting-me or its-not-suppost-to-stretch-that-far behind closed doors when they were getting private lesson or making up tests but I've never called them that.
...
Mr.<Insert name> or Ms.<Insert name>
I don't actually refer to them, at all. I just send out implications that I want their services, rather then referring to them by name. In fact, I hardly refer to anyone by name, I find being called by any name kind of irritating IRL, and most of my teachers seem to respect that fact. Except the odd one and my friends.
The most I ever really get to talking "to" someone is "Hey there." - I don't even tend to use gender-specific pronouns.
This too will pass.
Memento mori
Usually just Mr *whatever* or Miss *whatever* but there is one teacher that we call Mr Awesome because he's so fucking awesome!!! :D
Just by last name...no Mr./Mrs./Professor.

Same here. In my college it's more in a relaxed setting so we usually call them by their first name. Trouble is, is that we end up becoming somewhat friends so when we start talking and they say " time to start class " , it is just a bit awkward. Whatever, they're cool though.
I usually just call them "Mr." or "Mrs." and then their last name. Sometimes I ask if they want to be called anything different, so I just go with whatever they tell me to. Since I am currently in college, I often referred to the teachers as "Dr.", because I plan on getting a doctorate in college. This question is quite relevant because I am just going to go over and start on my college classes today and I know most of the teachers' names already.

Yeah, ever since I've graduated and I've brought up teachers I've just called them their last name. Rollins, Martin, Watts... I guess becuse I'm talkig about them with people who remember who I'm talking about... uh,the fist three names that came to mind where history teachers. Guess that was the only subject really paid any attention to.
Mr. <first name> Mrs <first name> and the coaches I just call coach
Just chillin' like always.
In elementary, middle and high school, it was almost always Mr. [last name] or Mr. [first name] with the exception of several teachers who actually preferred being called by their first name. In college, it's always either Professor or Dr. [last name], but I had two professors last year (English and psychology) who just wanted to be called by their first name. If I ever become a teacher, I would be okay with being called by my first name because I think it would make me seem more approachable.
Throughout most of this summer, I worked at a day camp in Corona, Queens where all of the staff members including myself were called Mr. [first name] or Ms. [first name]. My first name is Charles, so I was Mr. Charles to everyone there. Those were some pretty tough kids to deal with but I felt like I did the best that I could.
I usually just sat the first letter and mumble the rest for the first half of the year. I'm bad with names.
