No. It was that horrible.

Like, Down here, the high school is seperated in two campuses, 9th grade centre, which is for the 9th graders, and the main campus, which is for the rest of the grades. Somehow, the school had it in their system that I went to the main campus, so my bus took me there. I was pissed as hell, cause my mom had to pick me up and when I got to 9th grade centre, I was late. Then, during the day, my ex girlfriend who was supposed to be friends with me, completely ignored me and instead hung with some jackass emo kid that wants to fight me.... i was pissed as hell, that she'd lie to me like that. Especially since she always talks shit about him to me.

It might sound stupid, but fuck, I'm a 9th grader.

It's weird at first, especially the transition from junior high to high school, but high school is waay better than junior high. You'll get used to it and like it in no time.

Hey, guys, school isn't that bad. I mean, everyone used to hate school at some point. But even if you hate it, there's nothing to do about it. It's normal.

It is unusual to go to school and study after 3 months of chilling, but you will get used to it pretty fast, I mean, look on the bright side - you get to see your classmates and stuff. I don't even think of studying that much when I think about school, lol.

tl;dr - School isn't bad and you get used to it, you shouldn't hate it and then everything will go your way.

There really isn't much of a difference between 8th and 9th grade. You still show up to school, you do work, you go home, then you repeat this process until the next summer vacation. Once you get past the hype of being a HIGH SCHOOLER (omg!), it really is just another chapter in life.

My school's small enough everybody is pretty good friends with each other. That and my highschool only goes from 10th to 12th, it's weird, but don't let highschool get to you. You're probably never going to see half these people again, a good chunk of what you learn you'll never use, so grin and bear it for four years.
