Left 4 dead + GTA

Wouldn't it be cool if there were a open-world Left 4 Dead?

In an infected world with zombies, kinda like "I am Legend" or some of the George A Romeo movies.

If the world were as big as Liberty City (GTA) or the Fallout 3 wastland?

Also, if you could deside if you wanted to go together with someone, or recon. And a Sims kinda style (like if you're hungry and you didn't have any food, you could kill your mates and eat them)

Personally, i think it would have been awesome, cus' i dislike the fact tha L4D and L4D2 is so straight forward. It would be awesome with rescue missions and mall defendes...wouldn't it?

I think the closest youre going to get at the moment is Dead Rising 2.

I heard some months ago that Bioware was making an zombie MMO, but I don't know if it will be first or third person. Anyway, idea sound awesome.
