If I wasn't clear earlier, you must move on! You were friend zoned and freaked her out. The only way to fix it is "let time heal all wounds". Then when you think you can be a real friend again, that's when you approach her as an equal and a friends again.

Just so you know, when I was at school I had a relationship with a girl for whom I pretty much fell for the moment I saw her.

Anyway, after over a year of being really good friends, we eventually started going out (I dumped a girl because she wouldn't agree to go out with me unless I was single...which was fair enough). Things were great, but it only lasted 10 months because we were young and she said we didn't want the same things. It crushed me. Haven't spoken since, and lost my group of friends from home because we can't be together.

Just giving you a heads up; you're young and you can go on to better things. If you go out with this girl, just enjoy it as best you can whilst it lasts.

Right now I've been going out with a girl for nearly 3 years and am way happier than I was with the ex.

Alright... So I called her... She didnt answer and Itold her I Hadnt heard from you in a while for obvious reasons and I just wanted to make sure you were alright... I told her how I had been...I miss you alot... Also I joined the navy... Love you -insert name here-......

About 2 hours later she called me going:

After I said that we got into a mini argument... But not a hardcore one... We we're like apologizing/ arguing with each other at the same time... And she kept cussing me out and I stopped soon as I said flying fuck... She ended up crying... I stayed their on the phone quite... Then we talked for a little bit about personal stuff... She ended up having to go..

In the end she said "I miss you sabbo..." (nickname she gave me) and I said I miss you to... then she said goodbye and I said goodbye and we hung up on each other... I'm not going to text her or call her tomorrow... Maybe a week from now I will... Unless she decides to contact me before then...

While I have never had a relationship like that, I have read some books about dating and stuff like that. From both that book and my common knowledge, I think the best thing to do is to call this girlfriend and tell her how you feel. It is probably going to be awkward with those exes around but hopefully it will not turn into a scenario like "Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World". I do hope everything works out well for you and your "girlfriend".
