Do your BBS posts also go down? I've noticed mines gone down after my Cuteness thread got locked...

No, BBS post count only goes down when posts are deleted by a moderator.

There's still threads from 9/11 in here, so a thread will never "die", unless they get deleted, in which case: YES YOU RETARD, OF COURSE YOU LOSE THEM. THEY NO LONGER EXIST BECAUSE THEY WERE DELETED. HOW IS THIS EVEN A QUESTION?

Define 'die'. Do people just stop posting in them? Or does the thread get deleted? If it's the latter, then yes, the thread, and every post in it (including yours) will get deleted, and they will be lost.
