you really need to work on anatomy. Your face structures are off big time. But I guess that is most noticeable since they are the prominent feature in these post.
Be sure to take note that the shoulders on the girl are pretty far off as well.

anyway, your anatomy is quite bad, for the most part, they lack a nose, and on some of the necks you have it making a shape going thicker to thinner. If you look at a real persons neck, it goes the opposite way, however, very slowly. And that last one does look like a girl.
