Flash Export Help!!!

Hey guys maybe you can help me with BIG problem?? I created Flash animation and edited in After Effect. Then I exported to FLV format so I can edit in Flash again for preloader and Sound. When I try to export to swf format with embedded FLV. My flash starts to lag. I founded that problem is with sound. When sound is configured to Event, flash animation doesn't lag bu file is too big. Again when configured to stream flash starts to lag but file size is small. What should I do?? I saw "Tiny Japanese girl" LINK HOW THE HELL DID THIS GUY MADE IT???

What you need to do is make sure all .wav files are converted to .mp3's, and try adding a quality button.

All sounds are in MP3 format with lowest quality.
