its a common error with internet explorer, try a different browser, even if your not on internet explorer

Read the rules, post what you are trying to upload on the portal and give some more information about the problem cause right now we cannot help you in any way.

Check in the Wi/Ht forum first with queries, before you PM Tom. They'll respond quicker, and the regs know the right answers. (and Tom has to look after A LOT of people on his site).

Possible solutions:
- Make sure you are submitting a .PNG, .JPG or .GIF. If not, save as one of these in the program you used/in MSPaint.
- Try using a different browser. Internet Explorer is known to have troubles when uploading pics to the art portal.
