Why don't I get banned in Youtube?

I have been an asshole for, like, 2 years and never got banned since the last ban? Is it because since now there are so many youtubers they can't track everyone?
But one thing I can't try yet, probaby because of my experience, is Nazi spamming or being a super white supremacist. They don't care about abusive commentators I guess.

that reminds me, you get banned in gamefaqs forums because you're actually being intelligent, gamefaqs forums really do suck, now about youtube, I've seen a whole lot of assholes who troll and etc... on the comments, I know I also got PM's from youtube idiots and even death threats like that he will track me and you know what else (a pm from 14 year old idiots that thinks they can hack/track IP's, now I don't know if that's possible but due to the way they say it I doubt they know anything about hacking and real hackers tend to be rare or do something useful from my experience) I just learned to ignore them from now on and maybe even block them, it's useless reporting them, youtube mods seem to not care about their community.

The moral is get ready for flamers, trolls and idiots and whatever else if you post on youtube, 4chan and sites that are known for flaming/trolling.

YouTube isn't consistent when it comes to punishing offenders on the site. I have seen users getting banned for causing too much havoc but then I see others getting away with everything, even racist comments. I've actually seen one person getting a community guidelines strike just for calling one of the YouTube partners a "whore" but surely the most popular users on the site gets lots of hateful comments like them on a daily basis.

I'll admit that YouTube is a huge community and it will be hard to keep track on everything but the main problem with them is the poor reporting functions. If there's someone who's making extreme comments on a video (e.g. death threats), the best I can do is flag the comment as "Spam" which I don't think does anything apart from hiding the comments.

As for myself, I don't have too much to worry about this but I'm sure others will. I don't look too hard into comments on other videos and if there's any trouble going on in my channel/videos, I'll just block the user(s) right away. Still, YouTube could do with a much better moderation system than what they have right now.

If they were to ban you they would drive themselves into debt.
