Chrome is no longer the overall fastest browser anymore...It's Opera.
It kind of boils down to the layout; do you like Chrome's design or Opera's design? I honestly prefer Opera's design more, so I guess that's that.
What sucks is I never realized how slow IE8 was! I even tested IE8 and Chrome and started each up and saw no difference, but I guess I never went to enough websites. I have been using IE8 for a very long time too >_<
Opera has always been superior to Chrome as far as I know.

Hey, I'm not starting a what's better thread or a flame war. I'm just sharing some browser news.
Use what you like, they are all fine.
I use firefox for some things but Chrome fo others.
I mainly use Firefox because it is designed like a normal browser but with a theme.
Fuck Google for trying to be different without realizing it would fail REALLY badly.
But i might give Opera a download see what shit is going down.
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
God damn it, this thread has finally convinced me after all these years to try a different browser than IE8. Here i go...

IE8 has only been out since 2009. ;)
I have switched from Chrome to Opera about 2 months ago and I love it. Every feature is very well implemented while still being a fairly light-weight browser.
Oh great, another "which browser?" thread. Can't we all just agree that IE is shit and any alternative is better. It all just comes down to personal preference.
Pm me something happening in your own corner of the world, even something small will do. Just tell me about something you did.=)

I lurve it how you say IE is shit, then you say it all comes down to personal preference.
Opera slips like a turd down the bowl. Enjoy your broken pages and over 9000 mb ram usage.
Good gracious. My ass is bodacious. I had no idea!
Why was I not informed of my spanktacular backside?
Eh? Don't make me lay waste to your cities!

That's to be expected with this many tabs open.
