My favorite on YouTube would probably be either Smosh or JudgeSpear2. Smosh is by far the best group out there who regularly makes sketches and they make dang good ones too. Unlike Fred, you can always count on them to come up with something funny and original. They are easily by favorite of all the Top 100 Most Subscribed People on YouTube.
