I have the latest Opera Mini on my Blackberry Curve 8320 and the mouse movement and scrolling is EXTREMELY slow. So slow I went back to the BB browser! Does any one know why this is happening and how to fix it? I know the 8320's processor sucks compared to the Bold's, but really, this phone is only 2-3 years old and already Opera is slow?

I just switched to Chrome because Opera was being slow as balls. Much improvement.

I dunno, in comparison to the LG viewty browser, the Opera mini browser was fast as lightning.

Anyways I heard Opera Mini 4.2 is killer for lower end smart phones so I will try that. I'm guessing 5.0 is for the the Bold, Storm, iPhone, Vibrant, etc. any thing with like 600MHz or higher.

Yes, Flash Player was also an issue in both Firefox and Opera.

FLASH PLAYER? Wait, you are saying you have flash player on your BLACKBERRY?
If so, can I have the link to the download!

they're talking about desktop browsers because there's no Firefox or Chrome for Blackberry.

I use Opera for my smartphone and it works really fast and without problems - I think it's your phone that might have some problem.

the phones "only" two years old?
most likely the opera version you are using is a newer version meant for blackberries/phones that have advanced a shit load in performance since your phone came out, or something like that
