If you released it since 11, you'll just go through another day cycle of voting just to get the required amount of votes. If you don't believe me go to the FAQ.

Um, I submitted it at 9:47 and it was out of judgment about an hour after that as I said. I don't see anything in the FAQ that 11 is the deadline, and that would also make no sense (although it seems like it might be possible).
"Daily Feature - The daily feature is based on whatever movie had the highest score the previous day. Only movies that were uploaded that day are taken into consideration. If a movie is uploaded before midnight and doesn't have enough votes, it will carry over until the next day."
this daily first was better than all the other shitty daily 1sts in the past several weeks and of course NG bitches about it

It's different now. If it's submit past 9 PM, It counts for tomorrow.
Also, little cannon was great. Best of luck with today's submissions.
Only 30-something submissions got through judgment. I guess these are the results...

I'm not sure if it was true or not, but this is what I was always told since I started submitting a few years back and it's held pretty solid since then. I never knew it as an official rule, but always used it as a guideline when submitting my work. Chances our your flash will win something today then. :P
