Just one of my ideas for Chow 41, hopefully it's a good one.
The highlights look too drastic, like they're not blended in enough. Consider either blending them or applying more shades to your cell shading. There's also no direction of light.
The hair looks too cartoonish compared to the style of the rest of the drawing. Try adding in more strands.
I'm not entirely sure why the front view doesn't have a head and I think that it doesn't flatter your composition. It makes it seem incomplete and that's fine if it's a work in progress, but I get the sense that it isn't. If it is, then ignore this paragraph.

Just a little sketch of Mike Ross, great E. Honda player.
The head/neck seems to be bent at an unnatural angle. The elbow bulges out too much and the sleeve/upper arm on the right side of the picture seems too thick.

Here's another Mike Ross WIP. Going to color this one. And add some type of crowd shadow to the background.
His bicep is too big when compared to the rest of the arm and both wrists are too thick as well. The hand is too wide and the fingers don't have their natural curvature; the lines of the knuckles should be curving up as opposed to down. The torso is too short. The nose appears to be pointing too far to the left and I think you can solve this issue by defining the nostril more. The head also seems a little too small and you begin to angle the jawbone up too soon. I like the expression, though.
