Back in August, a North Carolina Best Buy had a little fuck-up when they listed a TV for $9.99 on their website. Local (black) customers were
not happy.

Haha wow. I actually remember someone on here making a thread about at the time, saying they were going to order one online just to see if it was true. It was quite obviously a typo and I find it incredible that people think Best Buy should have 'honoured' it still for the people who saw it and intended to buy it. Everyone makes mistakes, even big companies.
I did lol at them mostly all being black too. It's like, get a fucking clue already. Nothing in life is free.

Yeah, but judging by how they're standing together, I wouldn't be surprised if they were mostly/all in the same party. Someone probably said, "hey, look at this" to a bunch of friends/neighbors and then went with a group.

The thing is, this has happened a couple of times in the Netherlands as well, not with televisions but with other thing.
Funny part is, in Holland you have to sell them for that price, so there were a lot of happy people at that store.
