sorry but iv learned as much in digital work as i have in traditional, probably more, my tips would be, practice, from references or still life just keep drawing, look up some tutorials most people have a hatred of em but they are genuinely helpful, like anatomy and usefull stuff like that, and from what i see there, try not to overcluster your work, theres way too much going on in that to tell what its even supposed to be, if you have trouble in digital go for sketchbook, i use digital for clean up and color and pencils and sketchbook for sketches and practice
Do not go digital, or into a cartoony/manga style. First, start with drawing real things. You have to learn the rules of anatomy before you can bend them.
You can go digital when ever you want, but a the member above said, learn anatomy first so you can bend the rules of it. I suggest you google Adam Loomis e-books and read a those through, they help a great deal. Also what Kinsei said, post as much of your art here so you get more feedback and improve more.
