This game will be on the PS3, Xbox360, PC, and Mac. Valve's makin' it. And it'll be out in 2011. I'm excited.

Portal 2 takes place hundreds of years after the first game. Despite her apparent destruction at the end of Portal, GLaDOS is "still alive". The player controls Chell, the same protagonist from Portal. The game will again take place in the Aperture Science Labs, untouched by human hands but overrun by decay and nature.

THERMAL DISCOURAGEMENT BEAMS OMGOMG

Also, the new puzzle elements will make P2 a great game. I don't particularly like the sound of multiplayer.

Maybe include the official page. And Gameinformer's P2 hub.

The first one was amazing, but kind of short. Hopefully they sort this out in Portal 2.

The new features and gameplay look great. It definitely shows that they're dedicated to the project.

The first one was short because Portal 1 was a test for Valve to see how people would react to the game. Now that they know people liked it, they're making it a full length game.

Im glad they are putting co op features in Portal 2 cause if someone who is brilliant at solving puzzles will probably get through the game fast but in Co op you'll have to be patient and think a little more incase the person helping isint as good at solving puzzles

All in all i really cant wait for this game

Also a question for anyone intrested when you get the game which are you going to do first? The Story or the Co op? I'll most likely do the story cause i wanna know whats happend to apeture during the time Chell has been away and if GLaDOS is still the bad guy or there is someone else who is the bad guy this time

That'd be horrible. Even on a game like Portal a controller user can't keep up with a keyboard and mouse user.

I saw the trailer for this a couple weeks ago, it looks absolutely amazing. I'm a fan of Portal and I'll definitely be getting Portal 2 when it comes out.

I dunno, it's not as if Portal is a balls-to-the-wall FPS, where aiming speed is ridiculously important. I think it could probably work quite well, actually.

I hope they release it like they did in the Orange Box as well. I wouldn't mind a new collection of games, with a different colour box :D

I'm pretty sure they said no to that.

Anyway, how many times can you jizz over a simple collection of videos on Youtube? I especially liked the Wheatley one.

I might just get it, because in 2011 I shall have a powerful Mac laptop and nothing to fill it with.

Lol, "powerful Mac laptop." That's an oxymoron.

There was originally going to be a black box, with Portal and Half-life, but they cancelled it and released it with TF2 as the orange box instead. Honestly though, the black box sounded cooler.

It's funny because Mac's can't play games well, and have low processing power.

Actually, Apple updated all Macs to have i5 and i7. Also, games are more stable on Macs. But still, Windows runs games smoother.

I highly doubt that it will be released in a box set.

Valve said that single player is about 2-3 times as long as portal, and co-op is also about 2-3 times as long.
