This has been bugging me for weeks and I just remembered he was in the beginning of the Chamillionaire music video "Ridin'" but I can't find credits for the music video to figure out who he is.

Can you think of any movies he has been in? Any clue to point me in the right direction would be helpful! One of his eyes doesn't face forward but its not Forest Whitaker :P

If you accurately identify him I might even give you a priiiiize :D
