Help identifying a flash cartoon

Yesterday I was at an arcade and was suddenly reminded of some flash animation that had a really hyper bouncing little dog that kept saying "Balls! Balls!" over and over. I keep thinking it's College University or Soft Outer Crust, but I don't think so. I bet one of you people can tag it though.

might it of been Kill Frogs "Bad clue's" ? he gets his balls chopped off and goes psyco.
