It looks to me like you just took your favorite characters and drew them with jagged outlines.

Perhaps you can create a character of your own and use straighter lines?

Im not good at inventing...You tell me some character you invented and i will draw it!

2 things, 1 you gotta work on the shaky lines, are you doing these with a mouse or a tablet?
2. the background colors are really harsh, tone down the saturations.

Im doing it with a mouse...On later drawings i will ad backgrounds,and many more stuff!!!

try drawing something original, and yeah tone down the background, its total eye rape at the moment

I'd suggest using the line or curve tools if you're donna be using a mouse, you'll get much cleaner lines.

they are all okay, but, as others have said, backgrounds are killing my eyes, and they are all nick characters, which are boring, and worse, you have spongebob :P

try making your own characters, thats when skill is really needed

Hey Rockon! I think your characters RULE!

At the beginning of next week, I'm actually going to be working an animation industry job. And despite what others have told you, I think drawing other people's characters is a GREAT idea. It'll help you learn solid draftsmanship and appeal. You should keep it up. What you could maybe do is compare your drawings more to the drawings of the show. What do Spongebob artists do different that you aren't doing? How can you be more like them, and improve your skills?

You've got a great start and your characters already look pretty good. Keep copying, but it would be nice to try to draw some originals sometime in the near future too! Keep up your studies, and apply what you learn to your own drawings!

that is a big no-no. dont ever ask to be scouted. EVAR
and on top of that, i dont think anyone is gonna scout you if you only have pictures of characters you copied

Just like everyone else said you can only get so far drawing somebody else popular characters. It can be a hard challenge to create something that is Purely original that never existed but I'm sure that you could get creative.

Funny , this character looks like it could scare a young children away if that existed. The jaw looks pretty deformed.

As other poeple already mentioned; you need to work on your lines; they are very shaky; which not only looks bad; its also distracting. another thing that was mentioned is that you should invent your own characters... I dont think you should definitely do this; I think when you are just starting to get used to drawing its a good idea to look at how other poeple draw things. It is important that you eventually come up with some original creations; but you dont have to worry about that for now. Drawing other poeples characters is fine, but maybe you could try to give them different poses?

Usually poeple here are pretty quick with this stuff; but I think awfull linework kept your ass undetected.
What Do I Think About Your Art? I think your the worst tracer I have ever seen. Tracing is discouraged; but accepted (I think?) as long as you make sure that you make it very clear to everyone that you are tracing.

I wasnt tracing.....I look at the picture and then i draw the character in that pose!So thats why they are similiar...But i draw it myself!
