I'm guessing you mean a Serbian Film. I've been meaning to see it just to see what all the controversy is about. I'm pretty desensitized from all the shit I've seen since I was pretty young, so if it'll make me wince and go "fuck" then it must be pretty damn bad.

yep. The director is incredible. If you liked that, you should see the anime series, Kemonozume. It's even better than Mind Game. The synopsis may lead you to the assumption that it's cliched and unoriginal, but if you see it, you'll realize how very wrong you are. It's very odd, but in a good way. It's just plain insane and awesome. I loved it. I don't think it's available on region 1 DVD, but you could...obtain it if you try.

Also, if you like that stuff, you should check out pretty much everything Satoshi Kon has done. There's other stuff I'd recommend, but it'll be for nothing, anyway.

The Human Centipede 2.
I don't think many people even know there's a second one; it came out not too long ago.

A sandpaper fapping, baby crushing, head splitting and faecal matter filled movie.

"Requiem for a Dream"

It got good reviews and all but it was more like it was a college student's film experimenting with camera effects. It made very little sense to me.

Four Lions. It's a great movie and I almost died laughing, but it has an interesting premise and some of the things they do are just idiotic. For weirdest non-comedic movie I would have to say Eraserhead, that movie was a fucking trip.

It might have already been said here, but Eraserhead. What the fuck was the point of that movie?

For me, it would have to be Enter the Void. That whole movie is just hours of weird shit and flashing lights, but it's pretty easy to sit through when you're high as fuck.

I've been meaning to see Enter the Void, but I have a strong feeling I'll hate it. The NG user, EclecticEnnui has a very open mind when it comes to movies and has positive things to say about most of the stuff he sees. He even liked Mulholland Drive (fuck that movie). But even he couldn't sit through the whole thing. He said he went to see it in the theater and walked out without seeing the whole thing. So, that gives me the impression that it must be quite a chore to sit through it, but I'm still curious about it.
