Fantastic Planet. It's an animated movie made in the 70s about these aliens who keep humans as pets.
Watching it is like one huge acid trip.

Every time I see a Uwe Boll film I shake my head, and ponder how such films continue being made for several minutes.
he screws with system to get his movies made and beats up people that dont like him.

A Clockwork Orange is weirder than any film ever ever.

I second this. You stole my answer.
That was some weird shit, bro.

Even Dwarfs Started Small.
I'm sure there's some deeper meaning to it, but all I saw was a bunch of midgets dicking about on an island.
I love Kenneth Anger
I think the most unusual feature-length film I have seen has to be - or one of the most unusual films I have ever seen - Terry Gilliam's Brazil. It reflects perfectly the protagonist's status in life through is dreams but the more the film unravels, the more chaotic his status becomes which reveals a darker secret of his - the dark absurdist sense of humour just adds to the chaotic atmosphere at times.
I'd have suggested David Lynch's Eraserhead but that sort of makes sense after a few views and in fact is rather relatable (and sort of just an annotation), depending on your interpretation. Brazil is a terrifying nightmare for the protagonist, and really could be a film that may make you doubt reality as a whole.
although, I could suggest so many more weirder films: Memento; INLAND EMPIRE; Martyrs; Hidden; Funny Games; Oldboy; the list can go on and on - I've only picked one.
The most unusual short films I have seen are possibly Jan Svankmajer's extensive collection of short films - from Flora to Meat Love. That man is a stopmotion genius. Although, love goes out to Kenneth Anger, Gaspar Noe, David Lynch and so many others too.

The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus & Mr. Nobody. But they were still both good films.

But its better than movies out today.
Common sense is not so common- Voltaire
Action is the real measure of intelligence- Napoleon Hill
Intelligence without ambition is like a bird without wings- Salvador Dali
Clockwork Orange doesn't seem that weird to me. Its certainly not like the world today, but its plot does make sense, and its not all that impractical.
Eraserhead is weirder, for sure.
itt: indie films no one's heard of

Damn good fun watching it though.

That's a great movie, I love it. Pretty weird actually, Christian Slater and Elisha Cuthbert roles are excellent, it's not like any other role they've played.
But the weirdest, sick, fucked up movie I've ever seen is Takashi Miike's GOZU , this is a great fucking twisted movie.
I didn't watch the whole thing, but it was a documentary film about death. Yes, it showed a lot of dying... it was banned in a lot of places but my friend forced me to watch some of it online. I will never forgive that bastard.
