I can see why Jack of Blades is much more loved than Lucien from Fable 2...

But seriously, my favorite villain has got to be Bowser. Why? He keeps coming back for more. All he seems to want is to just kidnap the Princess and beat the hell out of Mario. His plans hardly ever change.
My second favorite villain is Doctor Eggman. In almost every single Sonic game, you gotta destroy his robots and defeat him at the end of every zone. He is a lot more evil than Bowser though...
My third favorite villain is none other than Albert Wesker. CHRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSS!!!!!!! Damn you.

Actually, I'm changing my answer. Liquid Snake from Metal Gear Solid is my favorite video game villain. You kill that guy like three different times and he still keeps coming back for more.

Also, beating his ass on top of REX was so satisfying, too.

John Henry Eden. He is the president from Fallout 3 and he wants to kill all the humans who have been contaminated by the wasteland. He actually thinks that killing all of those people would be the right thing to do and he views his followers as the only ones who need to live.
