Hi everyone! I've been working on this for 3+ hours and I am happy with it. Considering this is just practice, does any one have some pointers for next time? It would be much appreciated. Also, im not so good at the illustration, if you can tell i'm more into the comic style of drawing and the only reason I drew it in this style is because I believe that if I do more realistic drawings, it will help my development and style in comic art.

The drawings are good, you've drawn each person in a similar style but they all seem to have a different personality and look to them. The noses are the only things that look a bit incorrent. Particulary the nose on a slight angle. You could work on the shading and show more shadows on their faces. If you've shaded it well you should be able to see the shape of their face if you hide the lineArt. These are good, keep practicing.

Pointers: maybe look at references? They do help a lot and they keep you safe from doing any mistakes.
Keep practicing man.
