There is a difference between 'like' and if something is actually good. With reference to the preloader, there is not much to base it off, I can't tell if it technically loads the game, I'm suggesting the cog tells how much of the game or movie has loaded? If not there should be some indication of how much of the content has been loaded, either via a simple percentage text or bar. Also the enjoy button seems a bit cheesy, it would be better to go with, Play. It is a lot more simple. The sound is also annoying so it either needs to be replaced or made quieter. Also the theme of the preloader is not generic, make sure it matches your content.
Can I assume lasers fill up the gear? i'm pretty sure that's what I saw. It's not too bad, and it should work for whatever you're doing.
