You login, go to the portal and vote on 5 movies, and then there should be a little box that says
"Deposit"

Maybe there should be a 'newbie' link on the home page?

That could answer the most common questions, because, to be fair, you do have to hunt a bit for some of the commonly-asked-for info.

Be sure to be signed in! You must click the "sign-in!"
button and then enter your nickname and password. After that, you must vote (not review) 5 times and then you get to deposit your experience points.
