Most Notable Video Game Commericals

Hey, if this exists, please link me to it. I can't find anything.

So, we've all seen 'em: Video Game commercials. They're the ads on television that are supposed to get our attention and get us pumped for a certain video game. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.

This is a thread designed to celebrate the notable ones. What do I mean by that? I mean that this is a place for you to talk about the awesome ones that were almost too awesome to grace television and the ones that sucked so hard, you never wanted to see another second of it again in your lifetime.

TL;DR: Talk about cool and shitty video game commercials here.

Here's a really good one: Mario Party

I remember seeing this one as a child and thinking that it was pretty cool. The fact that Mario was getting arrested was a comical idea to me and for a six year old, it was pretty edgy. Looking back on it, it's entertaining based on the ridiculousness of it all.

Come on, it sucked. It lead you to beleive this was a game with some sort of emotional, gripping and tragic storyline.
Its just another shooter.

The WoW Mr. T commercials are pretty cool IMO. I know Mr. T doesn't actually play WoW, but the fact that they got him to do the commercials is funny by itself.

I disagree about the Gears Of War ad if you are referring to the one that had Mad World by Gary Jules as the backing music.

I didnt think it gave any kind of emotional context, only the song gave that I just though it was done well and the song worked wonders with it, plus it looks knuckle biting-lu good in HD.

This one was good, but I still have soft spot for the commercial for Aladdin, mostly because it has almost nothing to do with the game.
