Its like the Bible to Animator's, you looking for a good way to learn animation? Pick this bad boy up, its well worth the money and its not expensive. Its the old way of animation but its also the best way to learn, since its probly the hardest way to animate compared to motion tweening.

I wouldent dought that this has been posted before but it had to be said agian.

Well hell man, you already have half of 'em done. Now finish 'em! They're pretty hard to read when he's only jogging on the same foot.

Animation - The act, process, or result of imparting life, interest, spirit, motion, or activity.

I have the same book, you have to simply copy the animation to start, then finish the last couple frames on your own. It's not that hard. it's just the opposite of another frame you already did. Also, for reference, always shade the limbs that are further away so you can tell easily which are supposed to be closest to the viewer.

Fast Runner

I'm sorry but I have to say this one looks like he is slapping himself in the butt with his hand and the other hand is staying in front of him at all times. Try making the frames even on which hand is in front

Not really, it talks about animation in general. It still helps to look at if you're doing tweening or 3D animation.
