I know what you're talking about, but that's only open to a select few people who manage to bribe their way in, and only once a year when a grand festival is being held in Kim Jong Il's honour. I'm thinking a well-documented tour of a celebrity isn't going to a less-than-legal route in, putting a child's life in danger, to perform to people who don't even know who he is.
