Driving gdeveloper needed

Hello,

I need a driving game(s) developed for my site. I'm new to the niche so I'm not sure what is required. I need the game done in both as2 and 3 with multiple levels. I don't have any art work, so the developer needs to know how to do art and programming. I'm not sure what else is needed. If I'm missing anything, please let me know and I will add details.

I think you should explain why you want both an AS2 and 3 version of the game.

Also, and most important, what is in it for the guy/gal who makes basically the entire game?

The only reason I could see for making both AS2 and AS3 versions is that not all people have FP9 or above. "Just" ~99% of them do (and that figure is probably even higher amongst those who usually play flash games). If you are ready to pay up to the double amount to a developer for a version that works for that fraction of a percent that are not up to date then that's your choice though of course.
