Open question:

What's the go with ad revenue on collaborative works? Who gets the coin, and is it automatically ensured that potential revenue is distributed evenly? Or is that down to the team who produced the pudding?

If I understand what you're asking, the user in the collab that submits it (the collab organizer) chooses who gets what shares. They pick a percentage for each person coauthored in the collab.

Very interesting that the games are now located above the movies. I suppose they get more hits, anyway?

Games good enough to win a monthly prize at NG are also good enough to earn quite a lot from sponsorship, while there are very few opportunities for animators to earn anything at all except from ads.

Your crazy money thing is like- PERFECT crowd pleaser. It's startin to feel like a cliche, but every time I read about a new thing on NG, it allways sounds like the perfect simple idea.

Anyway yeah, of course it's not games, you could still win with like generic catapult game every month- Unless you made it only for original game mechanics, which are really hard to spot, and don't show up very often. Also games don't have as bad of a parody problem.
Games make too much money anyway.

I don't think they really need more help, really.

Glad to hear that NG will be supporting original stuff more actively.
