Easier said than done. There are a lot of flash tutorials on various sites. A search of Google should be good, and also visit http://www.flashkit.com and the portal Flash Tutorial thingys.

my point exactly and i've tryed flashkit.com they hate me over there but the tutorials are good i think i'll try google

Exactly why do they hate you over there? My suggestion is just mess around with flash untill you get the hang of it. If you can't figure out how to do something just look for tutorials maybe her on NG or somewhere else.

and you can also use the BBD search thing when you make another topic about flash wich is already asked or use the NG search with the words: tutorial
