How? After buying online the Xbox becomes just slightly less expensive if you're looking at both the 360's 250GB and PS3's 250GB consoles. PS3 is also a better deal considering it acts as a Blu-Ray player as well as your gaming console. Also, if you're me, you got a special deal with your PS3 where it was $50 cheaper and came with 2 games. (LittleBigPlanet & Ratchet and Clank).

PS3 has some: Killzone, inFamous, LittleBigPlanet, Resistance, Uncharted, MGS4, Wipeout HD, Ratchet & Clank, Warhawk, Motorstorm, Gran Turismo, Demon Soul's, MLB: The Show, Socom, etc...

PS3 250GB = $350

According to Wikipedia, Playstation 3 has 172 exclusives while the 360 has 205 exclusives.
