Need some art for a shooting game

Hey, I'm doing a flash game with my Fro, author from Pyroscape series. We are looking for someone to do some backgrounds, menu, weapons and more things for a shooting gallery game.

And we are NOT looking for a person who took Flash yesterday and draws like a noob.

Also the artist need to know how do motion/shape tweening and have some knowledge about Flash (not necessary a professional).

Other:

The game will have archievments and medals.

You'll get 50% of the ad revenue if you do all of these things above. (If you only do a couple and we have to split it with another artist then it'll be split accordingly). But this keeps by your opnion, if you want or not.

We have all of the voices, putting the flash together, and programming under control. You would only have to do the art type stuff and some animation.

By the way, I'm the programmer and Fro is the actor.

Is a shooting gallery game, but is not simple do the art for a level or something, is design all the game, I just did a preloader and sponsor things. But you need to show something from your art or animation.

Someone more want to do the art?

I can do the first-person weapons and the background art.
I can model everything in 3D and then redraw and color it in flash.

Although I'll be able to work only from the next week.

Update:
The game don't will have more split-share money because Fro is too busy to work with me and actually, just when we work together we split money.

Ok. I'm still needing the art for my game, and I forgot to say that I have a music composer, Steph Wells.

Remaining just some days for Robot Day, then I moved the game to a submission not for Robot Day, as was to be for this, just the first level will be about robots, maybe the 4th.
