Personally, i'm addicted to the Maverick Hunter X soundtrack. I like most of its remixes over the original and I just can't get enough of it.
I was addicted to Portal's soundtrack for awhile.
But, then I stopped playing Portal, cuz I got a new computer and its graphics card sucks. My better computer busted...
When all else fails, you fail too.
I have literally looked up the Super Mario Galaxy Soundtrack on youtube, and let it play as I worked on the computer. Very good music.
I usually frequent the VG and collaboration Forums. If you find me anywhere else, I'm lost and can't find my way back.
Majora's Mask, Disgaea and many Tales games have great soundtracks.
The above statement is true.
I've been listening to MGS4, Red Dead Redemption, Assasssins Creed 2 and Super Mario Galaxy soundtracks lately, all of them are amazing.
MAG, CoD:WaW, and Red Dead Redemption.
They're all nice breaks from generic 'epic orchestra' shit that you get with the majority of games that have come out recently.
Although some series of games like God of War have always had an orchestra, so they're okay.
Manhunt. It sounds like the soundtrack of a 70´s horror film( it was created with a vintage 70´s keyboard), but much darker and more grim. I listen to it while reading creepypasta and horror manga, or when i just want to chill.
Another one that i've been listening to are the soundtracks from tenchu 1 and 3. The first one features traditional japanese music and epic synthesizer stuff, and the 3rd one has a combination of Spanish, Arabic, and Japanese music and even some trip hop elements.
The Saiyans are a true ham and cheese sandwich, DON'T UNDERESTOMATO!
Dedede theme from the kirby series.
RubberJournal: READY DOESN'T EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE IT!
Mathematics club: we have beer and exponentials.
Cartoon club: Cause Toons>> Charlie Sheen+Raptor
The Boktai Series can incredibly good soundtrack, with that Western and Gothic style.
shit's amazing
I fell in love with the silent hill soundtracks especially silent hill 2. Great instrumental sounds are very haunting and soothing at the same time. The music in those games are one of the reasons i love the games.
I wanna fuck. It's my fucking big dick. Who wants to fuck?
Metal Slug OSTs from time to time.
Metal Gear Solid 4's OST has so many beautiful pieces. I recommend a listen or 5.

Shatter had the best soundtrack in terms of music I can actually listen to removed from the game.

Mega Man 5's title screen music.
Shit's epic.
Silent hill 2 soundtrack is incredibly addictive in a creepy haunting 'Lavender town' sort of way.

I've been addicted (and still until this very moment) to these songs:
DKC2 - Stickerbush symphony
SSBB - Flat zone 2
TLOZ: OoT - Gerudo valley
DKC -Jungle Hijinx
SMRPG - Axem Rangers Drop In
Yoshi's Story - Ending (SSBB version too)
Yup, old school Nintendo. Good old days...
Now leave me alone and let me listen again to these beautiful tunes :P
The Ace Attorney series and (more recently) Metal Gear Solid soundtracks. 'Nuff said.
I have lots of songs from Castlevania and Megaman, I think their games from NES and SNES got the best soundtrack ever.
And the audio portal has lots of remixes. You should check out the Mega Man remixes from Zero-Resurrected and 7he5hoker. From Castlevania I can't say one artist, but I love Steps of Legend by kelwynshade.
Las Vicaventuras.com Home of Resivic Evil, El Gamer Cosplayer and The LPW. Only parodies and funny stuff :P

I already knew about him after having a NG account for two months. EliteFerrex and DrWaldo make Megaman remixes as well.
Many, many moons ago, Nintendo Power sent out CDs with of live orchestra playing the music from SSB:M. To this day, I still can't stop listening to it.
RPGs have good soundtracks, some of my favourites are final fantasy games and .hack games, skies of arcadia also has very addicting music. Also surprisingly Resident Evil games have very addicting music. I love game and anime soundtracks in general to listen to so its nicely addicting.
When this post hits 88 mph, you're going to see some serious friendship.

The OST from the armored core series....
there are more games and obviously more songs as well....
thanks for the sig Phobotech
Listening to the music featured in The Touhou Project is like having three simultaneous and continuous orgasms. And believe me... that's a pretty addicting feeling.
If you check out this guy's channel on YouTube, you'll see that's he's uploaded a lot of music from the games. Additionally, there are about a zillion remixes of said music, many of which can also be found on YouTube.
Really incredible stuff, all of it.
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion soundtrack.
A couple songs of the Prototype soundtrack as well.
