I can't get out of the environment so I'm stuck there with all it's psychological influences on my psyche. So if I imagine myself in a place where I want to be, a place I should be where I belong and that's still way too far ahead of me then I feel less like having no energy but the reality that confronts me makes me feel all like; why would you still want to go on if you're ashamed of your social background and the only thought that makes it less painful is thinking you were adopted?
Everything is fucked up around me and I'm confronted with failures every day, very demotivating don't you think? Of course I'll get out of that and there'll be college and yada yada everything will be great but man, I'm going through something here and it's not your regular emo bullshit. I'm not even sure what it is.
Yep, sounds like depression. There are many other, often physical symptoms of depression other than just "feeling sad all the time," including fatigue, loss of interest in many things in your life, appetite and weight changes, etc.
Boop boop beep boop.

it's depression

Lack of proper nutrition. Take the banana for example, it's called the Happy Fruit because it boosts your body's seratonin levels. Most fruits when eaten in the morning will give you quite a lot of energy to go through your day. I find it weird some people will resort to utilizing their funds for expensive energy drinks loaded with sugar to get a short energy boost, but will shun the incredibly cheaper and more effective option of simply eating the food our species has been eating for millions of years. Not to rant on like a health freak, but I've had problems kind of similar to yours and it could possibly be solved by something you would believe to be completely irrelevant to the situation. Just my two cents, really

I'm very specific about what I eat so there are a lot of healthy things I consume daily but irregular times in eating, like once a day often in the early evening but very healthy stuff. I'm healthy there's just feeling tired and I only feel better when I'm not at home but like I said I really have no other choice right now... I think it has a lot to do with the social setting and the atmosphere of the place where I live.

I'm healthy
these two statements are contradictions
you can't be healthy and only eat once a day at the same time. Your body doesn't work like that. If you're only having one meal and that meal is comprised of health food, then no wonder why you're low on energy
eat regularly, like three balanced meals a day
and if you don't get hunger pains from only eating once a day, then you're either A) sleeping too much, B) not exorcising enough or C) have a metabolism that's completely screwed up. All of these things can contribute to depression

Listen to this man. Besides being de-fucking-licious, fruit are good for you. If you're trying to lose weight, fruit has very little calories compared to how much they fill you up. Black berries have 1 calorie per berry, an apple has about 50 calories, and a banana has about 100 for an average size one. A brown sugar cinnamon pop-tart has the same calories as 2 bananas, 4 apples, or 200 blackberries.

Sounds like depression. Even if it's not, I would go see a good shrink. They aren't just for crazy people, you know.
