I have noticed advertisements

not being good for young players that don't have a account. I think it should show only for members so the kids don't get in trouble with their parents and can't play games (that follows their age). It will stop showing bad things to them.

Give an example because I for one have not noticed any Ads that show anything that can be seen as inappropriate. Sure some have some pretty large cleavage on them but that's it. I doubt there parents would care.

Or their parents could do something called good parenting and keep their kids off this site until they reach a somewhat respectable age. Although we all know that won't happen haha. When you think of it, the advertisements here should be the least of your worries. Advertisements drive me insane, but at least here they have the decency to play during the loading time unlike Youtube or LastFM where the consistently interrupt my entertainment.

Ha, you think the ads today are bad? You should have been here seven or eight years ago. I guess the only ads they could get were porn ads. The site was just walls of porn, beckoning to you, like the sirens of yore. Their mystifying wail was too much for any mortal man to resist. Then when they could get legitimate advertisers and started to phase out the porn ads the advertisements actually started addressing the situation. There was one that said something along the lines of "Newgrounds is trying to get rid of pornographic ads, but we know what you sick fucks like"

I'd laugh at those ads but they destroyed me a little because deep down I knew that ad was right. It had looked into my soul and had seen the blackness.

You have no idea where ads come from, do you...?

Newgrounds hires a site, like Google or Doubleclick, to randomly generate advertisements. Tom has no control over what ads are shown, but he can request an ad to be vetoed from the website, but he's not going to veto the hundreds of ads that are "inappropriate" in your mind.

The thing is with lurkers is that if they really care about the site they join, people who don't look at it for a sec then go on somthing else, not caring about the ads.

But the ads aren't bad, sure one has a drawing of clothed woms breasts, and some bikinis and stuff, but the ads aren't to worry about, its that if they figrue out was a vagina is oince they lurk the matrue section.
