I don't know what possessed you to work at such a small scale in the first place, but this increased size just looks horrible.

To be honest I would suggest redoing the entire picture at a larger size, Cause right now the quality is really hurting the picture overall.

Here's a quick tip that you should learn now.

Always work bigger than you want the final project to be. You can scale down but you cant scale up without screwing up the quality.

To tell you the truth, it doesn't look very good. You should make a larger starting picture so it doesn't pixelate as much. The bad quality makes it difficult to review to art in itself.
