Lost my job

Well, two weeks ago, I got a job at a restuarant called Sonny's where I was a cashier. I could tell it was off to a rough start, as there were literally dozens, if not hundreds of things to study from on the register. Making change was just fine, it was just too frigging hard to keep up with so many orders when it was busy.

It is now officially the shortest time I have ever had a job as I was laid off today because customers kept complaining about their orders being wrong. I knew there was always the possibility, but the people just seemed so forgiving at first.

Aw, dude, I love Sonny's! I usually go there after the zoo, (Which will be tomorrow) and I always get the sliced pork sandwich with garlic bread.

Later on I have horrible indigestion, but it's worth it.

Sorry about the job though, you may find something better, ya never know.

There were dozens, no, HUNDREDS of buttons to press. People ask for a pork sandwich. I did not know whether it was under "Combos", "Lunch Specials", or "Dinner Specials". Trust me, you never would have been able to do it, unless of course you are an experienced cashier. There were at least a dozen sides and so many things to keep up with as I was the main cashier. For the record, it took me two months to find that job and it lasted two weeks.

I do have some good news, my friends (if that is even who you are). I got a call back from the college where I used to go to, and I heard them say that I was going to work on getting a job cleaning up the oil spill around the Gulf where I live. I did a drug test weeks ago and they found prescription drugs in there, so I had to wait a few weeks before they sorted everything out, but I am going to look into it tomorrow morning!
