I know that this is the wrong forum but there is rarely anybody on the motherfucking Games forum, so... in Pokemon red version, i just owned misty with a fire type, and it said I could use cut. I looked in faqs, I looked fucking everywhere and it all just says, "TEACH IT 2 UR POKEMON DOHOHOHOHOHO", but I can't how the fuck do i teach it to a Pokemon? i looked in the Pokemon menu and I only get the options, "stats" and "switch", I can't fucking teach it to a pokemon. It's complete bullshit. how?

Hello. I believe you question would be better suited to the Video Games Forum. It will take time, but you will get your answer.

However I will pity you and give you your answer here so you don't recreate this abomination of a nerd rage thread over there. That's the last thing that forum needs.

To teach your Pokemon CUT you simply have to find the HM for it. This HM can be found on the S.S. ANNE. The S.S. ANNE is a cruise ship in the town of VERMILLION CITY. However I suggest you go to the LIGHTHOUSE first to see BILL. He'll give you the S.S. ANNE PASS so you may board the S.S. ANNE.

Once you're on the S.S. ANNE all you have to do is find the captain of the ship and he will give you the HM so you may teach your Pokemon the move CUT.

If you're ever curious about what other HMs and TMs are out there, here's a full list of them.
