I am on probation for a period of six months because I had sexual intercourse. Period. I'm seventeen and a minor so that was illegal. The story is I had sex with my ex-girlfriend (girlfriend back thenbut god I hate that fucking bitch now) and months later her parents found out and they called the cops. She got on probation weeks ago and I just now did. For six months....totally sucks..oh and if I talk to my ex or any of her family I risk going to juve. So yeah...thats the answer.....oh and I totally regret it all now, and not because I got put on probation though.......

isn't it only illegal if it was with someone who ISN'T a minor? I don't know where you live but in California you can buy condoms if you're at least 13....

Nope it's illegal to do it as a minor...period. with a baby with a grandma and with even someone your own age....its all ilegal period.
