In actuality, far more regular users get nominated than mods. Out of the 53 users that reached the finals, only 14 are mods (give or take). The other 49 are regular users, which is 5/7 or 71%. And that's given that two of the categories are exclusively mods. 48 users were elected for the non-mod categories. Out of those, only 6 are mods. The other 42 were regular users, which is 6/7 or 86%.
