I remember hearing that years ago like in 2004 someone hacked newgrounds and made the front page load photo shopped nudes of eminem upon loading the website.

I doubt there was Eminem porn but the account system has been hacked many times.

No but I remember hearing that and I saw Tom Phillip post an announcement that Newgrounds is not responsible for that content and they have found the individual and are presses charges and I remember this stuff ages ago. and a friend said photoshoped nudes of eminem where made to pop up on you on the main page. But what other interesting stuff has newgrounds been hacked and made to do?

nothing happend. an art mod was hacked / he was fooled into giving up his password and the front page was temporarily filled with smut. A few keystrokes later it was fixed. The End.
