Would you kill the Money Man?

If you knew someone, for years, maybe your entire life. And this person was composed entirely of money, skin was bills, blood was coins, heart was a giant ruby and so on. Then you were informed you could kill this person and claim all that their body is worth and face no consequences legally..you'd get away freely and get to keep all you collected. He's a good person, good personality, reliable, trust worthy, and all that and wouldn't harm a fly..

And if yes, his blood is coins and his tears are sapphires and while his heart continues to pump so does the treasures, do you keep him alive and make him suffer to gain more from him?
